2. Purpose of the service
Sudoku Multiplayer is an online sudoku platform with solo and competitive game modes, profiles, history, rankings, challenges, social features, and tools related to the gameplay experience.
Accessing or using the platform gives you the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy where applicable.
3. Registration, account, and minors
Certain features may require account creation. The user must provide truthful information, keep credentials confidential, and report any unauthorized use of their account.
Minors may register and use Sudoku Multiplayer if they have authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives when applicable law requires it. The person who authorizes use of the service by a minor is responsible for supervising that use.

The controller seeks to keep Sudoku Multiplayer stable and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, total absence of errors, or that the service will be compatible with every device, browser, or configuration.
The service may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical incidents, external providers, force majeure, or causes outside the controller's reasonable control.
The user is responsible for their use of the platform, their gameplay decisions, the information they provide, and keeping their device updated and protected.
7. Ambassador, payments, and billing
Some features may require Ambassador or premium access. Before confirming a purchase, the selected plan, price, currency, applicable taxes, duration, automatic renewal status, and main offer conditions will be shown.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sudoku Multiplayer does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, payment-authentication, receipt, and subscription-management data according to its own documentation.
Monthly or annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation may be managed from the account or billing portal when available, and usually keeps access active until the end of the already paid period, unless checkout, Stripe, or applicable law states otherwise.
One-time or lifetime access plans grant premium access while the service remains available and always subject to these terms, proper account use, and the technical and legal viability of the platform. They are not transferable unless expressly authorized.
Promotions, coupons, free trials, or plan changes are governed by the conditions shown in checkout or in the campaign communication. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
8. Communications, links, and law
Operational, security, legal, or account-related communications may be sent when necessary to provide the service. Commercial or news communications require separate consent.
The platform may include links to third-party services. Sudoku Multiplayer does not control those external sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
This notice is interpreted in accordance with applicable Spanish and European rules. In case of conflict, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
The controller may update this Legal Notice when the service, the law, or the terms of use change. The update date indicated at the beginning identifies the current version.
